This is kind of the only brand that I think sells it.. last month, I tried a different brand and it was powdered, the powdered one has a wheat taste. This one, the original wheat husk has a real texture, it's fresh and dry, has better quality than the other type. Because the taste is definitely nutty..like the corn hairs or nuts..I think it's Health benefits are better preserved in the unordered form.

It would recommend it because nowadays the atta that we get is too polished. Add small portion while kneading atta. You roti will be full of fiber.

Very good bran
The bran coarse-ness is good. It's light n flaky, not too fine, which is good. The shelf life mentioned is 90 days,but when I kept it in the normal cupboard, the got bad in 10 days only.So now I keep it in the freezer. No issues in that. Also, I like that it can be sealed after use.
