Battery pack doesn’t charge
Worked great until the battery pack died, it won’t charge regardless of cables and different voltage plugs. It renders the machine useless unless u have an alternative power supply to connect to the adapter if not then do not buy this product. I myself just ordered another battery pack (£35) as I might have gotten a faulty one - however I do see a lot of other reviews complaining about losing power over time. If this solution does not work I might have to invest in another machine. Overall 3/10 as it worked great whilst the battery lasted and I managed to get 3 tattoos in before it died.

Worked great… at first
The media could not be loaded. When I bought this machine 4 months ago it worked great but now it’s STRUGGLING and you can feel it struggling in your hand so it’s great at first but after a couple months it starts dying. I’ve also had issues with the screws on the battery unscrewing themself in the machine which then jams it and the battery actually got stuck so there are now scratches on the inside (the screws still unscrew to this day, I have to screw them back in a couple times a week)
