Pickles are always 'ready to eat' !This is no different, with taste and aroma of the North-east.There are more pork pieces than bamboo shoots, but.And the quantity is too small for the price.Should be available in 400 or 500 gms jar.

Inedible
The one that delivered to me, came in with a shady looking parcel. After opening the silver layer of protection from the bottle there came an atrocious odor off of the pickle. I'm pretty sure they mixed something to the product to make it impossible to eat; done while packaging or on route not sure which one. Yet I was curious and after taking a small bite of the first piece I picked off of the bottle I felt it's not going to be good to even chew it. I immediately spit it out and threw the bottle to the trash bin.

Awful taste
I have eaten pork before. I love it. But not this pickle. It almost made me go throw up.
