Look like the picture. I used as replacement elastics for my trailer tent bedrooms. They worked well and I'm happy with the product and end result

I don't know how these will be used for files because they break when stretched just a bit more than their normal length. If you're just using them for keeping a few markers/pens/pencils together okay, but when I tried to stretch about anothe half, they busted.

I had ordered these multiple times in the past to use for bundling file folders. However, the last two times I have received small but thick rubber bands that could barely stretch around the circumference of a coffee mug. Returning. Will find another vendor.
