When I had my first hip replaced in 2015, the rehab facility gave me a set of tools. The dressing stick broke the first time I used it. The grabber device wouldn't pick up anything heavier than a tissue. I ordered this kit to try it out before surgery. I'm very pleased at how sturdy the tools are. The grabber device is great! It picked up a full bottle of lotion easily and securely. The dressing tool really helps. I would recommend this kit to anyone looking for a sturdy, dependable kit of helpful tools.

About 5 months ago, I had ACDF surgery and was no allowed to bend over to pick anything up. So, I bought this set to help out. Everything that I used in it worked great! I was able to put a grabber each upstairs and downstairs in my home. They picked up everything very well. I even could take down and put items back up into cupboards. I am still using them and they are still doing good. I also used the long shoe horn to help me put on my shoes, especially in the beginning of my recovery. The scrubber was good for me to shower with, too. I did not use the metal item as I did not need to. Overall, I was happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone post-Neck or Back surgery.

This is a great assortment and affordable. The grabbers are really nice, they turn and are sturdy. The sock assist works wonders . The shoe horn/sock puller also is handy. Helped to make my mom more independant in dressing herself and reaching things during her recovery period after surgery.

Haven’t had my knee replacement surgery yet but getting prepared. Have tested all the gadgets and seems like they are well thought out and should work well during my recovery.

I just had surgery a week ago and was told it'd be very helpful to have a kit like this at home. I looked through MAN different kits but this one seemed to fit my needs the best. It came the very NEXT day and had everything in it that was described. It has helped me tremendously, especially if you don't have someone to help you during the day (or night). I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend this to anyone having surgery. Absolutely great buy!!

I wish the grabbers were a little stronger, or had more friction. Trying to pull pants over my feet & lower legs can be frustrating because they slip off. The little hook can sometimes help. The curvy design on the double hook makes them mainly useless. Items fall off very easily. They should be straight 45degree angles.

This kid was better than the one that I’ve purchased prior from my healthcare provider. My favorite part of the grippers. There’s two of them so you can have one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom or in the Kitchen. The gripper is so strong I can actually pick up a penny off the floor or anything that you might drop and can’t bend down to get. I also can use it to get mail out of my mailbox when I can’t use the stairs. The shoehorn is long and works really well, and the bath brush could have a little longer handle, but it’s long enough to get the lower back and your legs if you’re sitting in a shower chair after surgery. I highly recommend this kit. I’ve had another for a prior hip surgery and it wasn’t nearly as good as this one. Good luck!
