Embroidery Business from Home: Business Model and Digitizing Training Course

I had no idea how important digitizing would become to my home business. The course this book provides with step by step instructions was invaluable. I bought software when I bought my machine but it didn't come with any kind of manual on how to use it. You instructions in this volume was in valuable to me. I reference this volume often. thank you.

As a beginner this book helps you understand common terms used in the industry. It also helps you decide which software will work for you! I really had no idea so many existed! It is definitely worth a read before diving into the embroidery business. Always have the best tools in your tool box- this is a keeper for defense even after starting the embroidery journey!

Very Informative. Easy read!

It's basic and generic. It gives advice, but to be honest you'd learn more from the help section of your digitizing software than through the book.

I'm thinking of starting a home business. The book gave me good advice on how to digitize my own designs and lettering.

After reading both of these books, I am excited about getting started. My machine just arrived yesterday. I can’t wait to get started.

I'm most interested in creating my own embroidery designs and was excited to read Volume 2 after I had purchased Volume 1 of Embroidery Business from Home. I found lots of useful information and feel like I'm almost ready to start my own home embroidery business. Thanks for providing such great information.

The book was informative. I haven't put it to use yet as I tend to study before I apply new knowledge.

This book explains most of the alterations you can make to embroideries so they stitch out looking better. I also found the information helped me understand the tools and the reasons for using them. Whilst these are all featured in the software manual, sometimes they are not explained as clearly.

Very well written easy to understand when starting a small business

If you're buying this book because of the training videos that come with it, don't bother.You have to pay extra to access the training videos.Also, I can't even get the advertised free embroidery designs without filling out a form to request it. Who's got time for that ?Usually when a book comes with deliverables you get a code to download it immediately but I'm not sure why this author is making us jump through hoops.

Very disappointing booklet. The information was in no way helpful and did not teach me any new digitizing at all.
