Dead Battery and Can't replace it.
Came with a 2015 battery and an instruction booklet for an older version of this product. Cannot order a new battery as they are not long manufactured. I ordered this product for the remote feature I cannot use or key start. As a female, this is why I bought this item. I didn't test it out until now so, can't return this piece of rubbish. Save your money and pass this one by.

Caution
I would love you to be happy with this purchase but knowing what I do recommend you avoid this generator.. battery was bad to start with. No help or response from email. Worked for 49.8 on the meter and quit producing power.. again no help.. My suggestions to you is to avoid this product and Amazon in whole Period... Marc M update as of December 4th I disassembled this and found out that the camshaft bearing fell apart now it needs a new motor.
