Amazing when assembled!
It is very tiny pieces. So I do not recommend for kids to do it alone. You lose one piece and it messes it up. I suggest you separate all the shapes first to make it easier to assemble. The instructions can be confusing but once you figure it out then it gets better. I would suggest someone watch it on youtube on how to put it together if you are doing these for the first time. It is time consuming which I actually like. The end result is worth it. Just be careful to make sure the pieces are in tight so it doesnt fall apart while holding it. It is great for any fan for their team. Great to decorate. And if you want, you can always take it apart and put it back together. It is a great gift or great to just buy yourself. I bought 2 for myself and love it. Always worth it at the end when it is completed. So cool.

Extra pieces, lots of fun, really small parts
Loved buying it for and building it with my dad. The pieces are *tiny* though, so be forewarned before buying it to do with a child. It can be frustrating to put together with those small pieces, they are significantly smaller than legos. And once its built the facemask part is *soooo* easy to break, to the point we did that bit last rather than first because it kept breaking.Final product is true to the pictures (albeit, small), and its a lot of fun to do. Came with extra pieces so the world doesn't have to end if you lose one.

Facemask is very fragile
I bought this as a gift for a friend who's a big bronco fan. Since I knew he'd prefer to have it already finished, I built it. The first thing to note is that the bricks are not lego size, they're about 1/3 the size of regular bricks. That wasn't a problem for me, I have small hands, but it could be a problem for others. The second thing to note is that the instruction booklet is missing the list of the bricks for each frame. This makes putting it together much more difficult, for me that was a nice challenge. The third and most important thing to note is that the face mask portion of the helmet is EXTREMELY fragile! I struggled with holding things together while adding new bricks. I eventually just removed the face mask and continued building without it, then reattached it at the end. I'd recommend doing that after completing frame 17. Other than the face mask, the helmet is very well constructed with a focus on alternating stacking pieces to maintain durability when possible, and a general feel that things are put together in a way that makes sense. With the exception of the face mask of course. Once finished, I recommend getting one of the bricks adhesive and spraying it liberally.

Nice concept & neat idea but don’t recommend
This is a really neat concept and a really great gift idea however I regret getting several of these for family gifts. Despite it being a really fun and cool gift idea, it ended up not being fun for anyone I gave them too, it was actually more like torture. Firstly, many of the pieces are way too small and extremely difficult to work with especially if you have larger hands. Trying to use tweezers for the tiny pieces often sent the pieces flying everywhere. The pieces are also difficult to keep in place because they are randomly popping off or coming off and moving when attempting to place other pieces. The directions, well they are absolutely horrible!!!! If you are thinking of giving this as a gift really think about the person your giving it to. I highly recommend you DO NOT give this to someone with PTSD, OCD, anxiety, stress prone, or those who cannot get stressed out. Trying to put this together is a very tedious and time consuming process and with the ongoing issues of the awful instructions, super small pieces, and the easiness of them breaking apart it is only cause for frustration and possibly anger in someone with these circumstances. This gift went from being super cool and the envy of all Christmas gifts - to being shattered on the floor then thrown into the trash when it was nearly finished but came apart after a month long of working on it daily for several hours each day.

You’ll need some cookies….or a beer
We bought this for our 15 year old son who is an avid Saints fan and a lover of all things Lego. Even with his experience, this was WAY out of his league and it turned into an 8 hour mother/son project that may have included multiple restarts, an entire package of cookies, tears and screaming, and more swear words than he hears during a typical day in high school. Had I been a drinker, I would have been sloshed. We ended up with sore bums, stiff legs, blisters on our fingers, and probably more extra pieces than we were supposed to have. If you get this (and it IS pretty cool) you can take steps to have a (hopefully) easier time.First, sort your bricks. The bags are not numbered nor do they make any sense as to how they are packaged. Second, go ahead and make the face mask but take the grill off before you get too involved. Otherwise, you’ll constantly break it as you work. Third, eat cookies or drink a beer after about 10 of the steps. That’s 6 beers or 36 cookies….plan accordingly. Fourth, the pieces are tiny and prying them off when (not if) you make a mistake hurts. Needle nose plyers work like a charm and save your fingers from blistering. Finally, if you make it all the way to step 65, you have my admiration. We got to step 59 and started to wing it (hence the extra pieces). The finished product is definitely awesome, but I probably wouldn’t try this again anytime soon. Or ever.

Good product
This is one of my favorite teams and I enjoyed building the helmet from scratch. If this is your favorite team or one of your favorite teams then you should get this and add this to your favorite team collection or to start your favorite team collection. The only negative is that the instructions were somewhat confusing at times when building the helmet.
