bA1 Cornhole - Edge and Hole Cornhole Night Lights Kit - Original Ultra Bright LED (Set of 2) - Seven Color Options

The battery cover broke on oneof the boxes the first time I inserted batteries. The light is bright, but I have not tested how long the 2 x AA's will last. The switch and battery case are very poorly made, the 2 wires between the light ring and cover are independent of each other and loose. I'm trying to decide if I want to just return these or fix them so they're more robust. These are $10 pieces of junk, don't buy them if you want something that will last. Update - I installed and upgraded these and after changing to a better battery box and adding an LED switch one of the lights has only 4 of the 10 little LED lights working. I should have returned them instead of trying to make them work. I have not been contacted by the company much to my dismay....

To summarize: I really like the look of the lights - they look great on the board. As a 'standalone' option for night-time play, its not quite what I was envisioning, but I didn't know until I tried them. Hoping the addition of perimeter lights gets me to my end goal................................I tried these for a party. There were mixed reviews by the attendees. The main complaint by some was that the LEDs were really bright, especially after playing most of the day with the lights off. I added a couple of layers of scotch tape to diffuse the light of the LEDs visible from the throwing position. That cut down the sharpness of the emitted light. They worked good through dusk. We had tiki torches nearby which provided a little light when it got dark, but the board became difficult to shoot at for most (party goers in 30s & 40s). All that was visible was the ring. I'm thinking that if you couple these with a set of lights that runs around the perimeter of the box, that it would work great into the night. Will try that next.Mounting/durability: The screws provided were super small. Only a couple of threads on them. I didn't think they would hold up, but no issues through the night. It might be nice to have a small bracket to hold the battery compartment rather than double sided sticky tape (future option?). We shall see how they hold up over time. The LED rings fit the hole perfectly and seemed pretty sturdy.

I will buy another set, not these, to replace the ones (these) that had the wires come loose after only one night of play. Took it apart to try and fix it but it is just not going to work out. The concept is cool but I will buy something more durable later on.

The lights are super bright but not bright for at night. Easy to assemble. They didn't mess up the logos on our cornholes. They made our cornholes look pretty sweet. We typically only use our cornhole at night and use flashlights lol but now we don't have to. They light up all under neith so when the bags fall under they are easily found. We definitely recommend these. They are also last super long. Completely worth buying.

The included hardware for attachment is very small. My carpenters pride made me feel uncomfortable using them, so I used slightly longer wood screws. The battery pack seems to be holding tight with the sticky strip. After installation it works as I hoped it would. Not too bright and a very pretty color. Very fun accessory. This ring alone doesn't provide quiet enough light for play in total darkness. For pitch black play, a perimeter rope light in addition to this would do the trick. Maybe some light up bags too:)

Great product and what a great thing to add to corn hole boards!! Great customer service, they answered all of my questions and shipped really fast! These were described perfectly and was a breeze to install.

Easy to attach and great feature to have if it is dark/dusk. Linda with the company is awesome and helped me when I needed to get a new color, but these are good quality and they are a cool accessory to have to make your set stand out from the rest!

Haloholes are great way to continue playing. My whole family loves to play when we go camping. Now we can play later. My kids love the "cool" glow of the lights!
