Absolutely impressed by what I received. The cube is bigger than I thought and the directions are very straight forward and helpful. I'm so excited to give this as a gift!

"Please Connect"Those words are tattooed on my brain after countless hours spent trying to get this thing to work. Bought as a Christmas present for my very tech-savvy nephew, but no one could figure out the riddle and set it up for his iPhone 6s (or any other device for that matter). The directions are confusing to say the least, having obviously been poorly translated from Korean to English. We tried every possible cable connection (you will receive a lot of extraneous ones) with iPhones, Androids, and laptops. None of them worked. The only thing ever displayed was "Please Connect." The company does not have any tech support available, only email which doesn't help. An obvious red flag: when the instructions tell you that you have to access the developer settings in order to connect (for Android). Not user friendly in the least.
