Die Schnorchelmaske (gekauft Ende April 2022 für Schnorchelurlaube im Mai und Juni 2022) hat mir in der ersten Woche des ersten Urlaubs gute Dienste geleistet. Sie sitzt gut und ist komplett dicht, sie beschlägt nicht, der Ventilator erleichtert das Atmen, was für mich (Asthmatikerin) große Rolle gespielt hat. Leider fing nach 6 Tagen der On/Off- Knopf des Ventilators an zu blinken. Obwohl die Maske regelmäßig geladen wurde, schloss ich sie wieder zum Laden an. Das Blinken hat nicht mehr aufgehört, sobald man ON gedrückt hat, hat der Knopf statt durchgehend zu leuchten.. Kurz darauf fing die Maske an, Töne von sich zu geben...ein unangenehm schrilles, lautes Piepsen... eine zeitlang ruhig, dann ging's von vorne wieder los... Ich habe mich nicht mehr getraut, mit der Maske zu schnorcheln, weil ich nicht wusste, ob es am Akku liegt, der womöglich nicht richtig geladen wird und ich mitten im Schnorcheln ohne Ventilator nicht mehr genug Sauerstoff bekomme... Ich hatte schon Angst, dass ich mit der Maske nicht ins Flugzeug darf, wenn sie wieder anfängt zu piepsen, kurz vorm Flug hörte es zum Glück auf und fing erst wieder zu Hause an.. zum Schluss hat die Schnorchelmaske untunterbrochen knapp 2 Tage gepiepst, unabhängig davon, ob ich sie versucht habe zu laden, ob der Ventilator an oder aus war... Mittlerweile ist sie stumm, der Ventilator geht nicht mehr an und ich möchte sie auch nicht mehr wieder zum "Leben erwecken". Ich möchte sie umtauschen, einer Ersatz-Maske nochmals eine Chance geben, vielleicht hatte ich nur mit meinem Exemplar Pech und ein anderes Exemplar wird paar Jahre halten... Leider reagiert der Verkäufer nicht, obwohl ich geschildert habe, dass es dringend ist, weil ich nächste Woche wieder zum Schnorcheln fliege und eine Maske dringend brauche. .. Werde mich jetzt wohl an Amazon wenden und mir eine andere Schnorchelmaske für den nächsten Urlaub aussuchen... Schade... 0 Sterne für Service des Verkäufers 👎

Die Maske hat einen super Tragekomfort und tauchen geht klasse. Die erste Maske war leider nach kurzem Gebrauch defekt und es gab, obwohl der Kauf schon 6 Monate her war, einen sofortigen Austausch. Super Service. Gerne wieder

My wife and I purchased 2 of these masks for a Akumal trip for our anniversary. Bow was I glad we bought these. Everyone on our excursions and snorkeling was asking us where we bought them. We will definitely be making Orsen our go to snorkeling masks in the future. I plan on buying more for the whole family. Get yours while they are available. The view from this mask is amazing and doesn’t fog up. Somehow you can also purchase the walk-in talkie so you can converse with your whole party while snorkeling.

This mask was great to use the first 4 days until it malfunctioned. It's truly easier to breath in when it works. After 4 uses I set it to charge, but instead of the green flashing light I got the green power light that just went on and would not turn off until the battery would die, which is fairly fast, considering you are not actually using the mask so it's turned off. So I'd connect the charger at night, it would be connected to the power all night, then I would go snorkeling in the am and the mask would die within five minutes of being turned on. It does say that you can use it without the fan on, and it is true, however it's too hard to breath comfortably in it this way. I'd get dizzy almost immediately from the lack of O2.

Bought one, and liked it so much went back and bought one for my daughter.
