The first one I received appeared to have been bent during the manufacturing or packing process. The seller kindly sent me another in exchange, along with a label to return the first. The case is really pretty with one exception; the process used to make the owls leaves them all looking a bit warped. Both units I received had this problem, with the replacement being slightly worse than the original. It isn't too obvious on the wall and filled with oils, but if you're a perfectionist you'd best steer clear.

This is a beautiful display shelf for my essential oils! It is heavy, but not too, and well constructed. It holds all of my oils and a small supplement also. It was easy to hang! I did it without any help from anyone! ;-) I would highly recommend it!
