Sezme Sesame Snaps, 40-gram, (Pack of 24)

No problems with delivery. I love these things.

Ever since I was a child, I've loved this type of sesame candy. I'd been a die-hard Joyva Sesame Crunch candy fan, up until about a month ago, when I found these Louck's Sesame Snaps candies in my local World Market store (for a much higher price than they are here on Amazon). Man, these sesame snaps ROCKED my Sesame Crunch lovin' world! They're thin, and have no problems (from what I've seen so far, anyway) with staying crisp, I'm sure at least partly because of the change in dimensions. Joyva's Sesame Crunch candies are just as delicious, as long as humidity doesn't get to them and make them a super sticky, pieces-stuck-EVERYWHERE-in-your-teeth mess. With these thinner, wider snaps, I don't expect the gumminess issue to be a problem.Yes, these obviously have sugar in them, but being so chock-full of fiber and protein-rich sesame seeds, I really think these are one of the healthiest guilty pleasures to be found in the candy aisle! Go for 'em - they're delicious, and at a GREAT price here, too!

I originally purchased these thinking they would make good healthy snacks for my kids. Not one of the three likes them. However, I am a fan. It helps cut my craving for something sweet as well as something cruncy. Down side: They are pretty calorie-loaded. If you are trying to cut calories or maintain weight, you cannot eat these freely. If self-control is and issue for you, I wouldn't keep them around. One last note -- you have to like the taste of sesame seeds to like these tasty snacks. Sesame seeds are solid throughout, thus the flavor can't be missed. A plus for me, but definitely turned off my kids.

I was one of those weird kids that actually always liked the taste of these and wouldn't mind seeing them in my halloween bucket. Recently I was buying these on occasion in convenience stores as a "for something different" type of snack; the one time I finally looked at the nutrition label, I was surprised to see that these were actually high in fiber and protein as well. Also, while definitely not low in calories or fat, the fat is from the sesame seeds, so it's good-for-you fat : And, most importantly, they are still very tasty! These are great almost any time of the day, and for the price Amazon sells them, about as much as a granola bar per unit but more enjoyable.

I grew up with these back as a child in London, England. The ones sold over here, similar, but contain honey, are not quite as good, if a little healthier. I love honey, eat it by the pound, spoonful by spoonful,in all different flavors, but I just don't like it as an ingredient in some things. It doesn't only sweeten things, but adds a specific flavor to foods. This Sezme sesame snaps are definitely better than the US made ones which contain honey.I hide them in case my kids discover and want them. I'll never be able to buy enough of them. Imagine, a bunch of school aged kids taking one a day to school. I'll need at least two boxes a week, if not more!!!!Yum!!! keep 'em coming my way!!

Sesame seeds and honey, that's the ingredients. These are addictive though. There isn't much more I can say that hasn't already been said by other reviewers. I also like halvah, another sesame treat so I figured I would like these too, and I was right. I got my shipment earlier this month, and I don't think they'll last until next month. I might have to get some more soon :) I only had a couple of snaps that were cracked in half, but they taste the same cracked or whole. The rest of them were in perfect condition. If you are looking for an unusual treat, give these a try. I have these set for every 6 months on subscribe and save, but I think I may have to get another shipment sooner than that.

Sezme Sesame Snaps, 1.4-Ounce Snaps (Pack of 24) Hi,I have been buying these from REI stores for the last few years and a big fan of Sesame Snaps.Recently I noticed that Amazon is also selling at a much cheaper price than REI stores, so I decided to buy it from Amazon. First purchase was good and this was my 2nd purchase, which I ended up throwing it away the 2 boxes I ordered becausea) It didn't had any expiration dateb) The snap inside the individual packs were breaking up while packet is not even open and there was a white powder coming out and while eating you can feel it is not fresh at all, though I ate only one piece and immediately noticed this.So I called Amazon and as usual Amazon folks are great in customer service and they were happy to refund my money for this product but I am still waiting to get an answer as what caused this expired item to be shipped to customers.I love this product so much that I am waiting to order it again as soon as I get a response from Amazon for this order.Thanks

I grew up on these since my parents didn't like us to have candy. They always had these for sale by the case register at the health food store we went to. As an adult I still enjoy the strong sesame and honey flavors and the crunchiness of them. I bought a box to take in to work and everyone who tried them loved them.
