Like many folks TTC, I tried out several different brands of HPTs and had mixed experiences with most of them. Some of the more sensitive tests tend to give lots of indent lines. By contrast, the less sensitive tests don't have that problem but they are, well, less sensitive.This is the only test I found that produced zero indents while being sensitive enough to pick up a BFP on the same day as First Response. I'm really impressed with this product and surprised it isn't ranked more highly. In retrospect, I wish I had saved money on other tests and just stuck with this brand.UPDATE:I am adding a photo showing the difference between this HPT and other ones available on Amazon. You can see that the line is much darker / clearer with the top strip from Make-A-Baby versus the other brands (note: all of the strips were dipped into the same sample at the same time).

So I originally 1 star reviewed these for a super faint line compared to another brand that wasn’t as sensitive. However, I had HCG levels drawn and my initial HCG was only at 5. So these did pick up a level of 5. My only complaint is that the lines are still not as dark as the “easy at home” brand. I have more of these and I am testing to see the line progression. It’s just a little hard to use these with the other ones because of the difference in darkness from the same day/ sample.

I bought these tests because it was bulk for a great price. I have history of miscarriage so while trying to conceive it is crucial that I know when I am pregnant as soon as possible. Because of this I test frequently. I have never had an indent or false positive with these. I got my positive the first day my period was late, so 14 days past ovulation. I had tested a week prior and it was negative. My positive showed up within the first minute. It’s not as dark as the same day result I got on first response but it was definitely a clear positive. It was actually my last test in the box too so perfect timing ♥️💕🤣

I really wanted to love this product because it said it detects up to 10ml. I am really trying to conceive so I am a constant tester. I keep track on a daily basis simply for my own paranoia. I did read the reviews and decided to give it a shot anyway. 7dpo I noticed a faint line. Afterwards, all negatives. I kept track of my BBT anyway and found that it wasn’t going to be my month. Around 14dpo my blood test confirmed no pregnancy. I was ok with that. I kept testing just to keep track for myself. At 16 dpo, I noticed a little pink when I wiped. I knew my period was coming. I still tested anyway with FMU. To my surprise, I got a positive at 16DPO. I knew it was a mistake and retested again. I got a negative. No, I am not pregnant. These test are good but I recommend to confirm your positives. I haven’t found any other test that are as sensitive as these but overall they are ok. I would just have take 2 tests lol. Again, it preference for me. I just liked that they are sensitive. Super I guess. As for the pictures, I had a pregmate test and also tested to compare and yes… negative.

This is an extraordinarily sensitive test! A good size strip too not too tiny to hold. A lot of these one star reviews say they ended up not being pregnant but I believe they likely had a very early miscarriage.I had one last month after having faint lines just like the reviews. I was definitely pregnant!I’m using them again this month, I wouldn’t spend money on any other test! I’ll update this when I conceive again with photos!

I’m on my second box of these tests and never had a second line…until yesterday. I tested negative in the morning, then had a second line pop up around 10 hours later. I was in disbelief so took a few more…. All had positive lines, though broken. I’d never had a false positive though, and read that is was very unlikely, so I had my hopes up.The next morning, I took several with the same specimen….ALL NEGATIVE.THE WORST FEELING FOR SOMEONE TTC AS LONG AS I HAVE. I will never buy these tests again. Just terrible.

I have purchased a few other brands of cheapies but there’s always something I didn’t like about them. Either they’re too skinny you can barely hold them, or not sensitive enough, or give those rotten indents. These are perfect, wide enough that you can clearly see the results, as sensitive as some of the more expensive brands, and there is no evap or indent!! They’re perfect! I think I might switch to their OPK’s as well.
