The product that started it all. Original Gorilla Glue built a name for itself with its incredible, industrial holding power and versatility. The water activated polyurethane formula expands into materials to form an incredibly strong bond to virtually anything. Gorilla Glue is a 100% waterproof glue, safe for indoor and outdoor use and strong enough to stand up to the elements. Gorilla Glue’s your solution for almost any project or repair. Sand it, paint it, and stain it. Simply stated, it’s the Toughest Glue on Planet Earth. Directions: 1. Prepare and Dampen the Surfaces: All surfaces must be clean, dust free and tight fitting. For shiny surfaces, such as metals, glass and some plastics, roughen up the material to give the glue something to bite into. Lightly dampen one surface with water. We recommend using a damp cloth or spraying with water. Do not saturate the surface. For dense hardwoods, lightly dampen both surfaces prior to gluing. 2. Evenly Apply Gorilla Glue Onto the Dry Surface. Carefully apply onto the dry surface. Do not over apply. We recommend wearing gloves or spreading the glue with a disposable brush. 3. Clamp the Two Surfaces Together Tightly. Make sure the clamping pressure is distributed evenly across the surface. Or, if you don’t have a clamp, use heavy objects or Gorilla Tape to achieve the appropriate clamping pressure. Clamp objects for 1–2 hours. For best results, allow 24 hours to cure. 4. Clean up: If you need to remove any uncured “squeeze out” or wet glue, we recommend wiping with a dry cloth or using a standard paint thinner. Once the glue is dry, it is best removed mechanically: Try sanding, chiseling, scraping or picking. 5. Storage Tips: After each use, wipe the bottle’s lid and nozzle clean with a dry cloth. While still squeezing, tightly replace the cap and then store in a cool, dry place. You should expect a year shelf life. Great glue but won't set clear
Should be obvious based on the colour but this doesnt set clear. it also expands a little so if you are applying right at the edge of something you'll need to come back every hour or so to wipe the gradual excessInitially I thought I was sold a duff bottle as it was rock hard, once opened the lid exposed a small needle so theres a 5 minute period where you have to wait for it to react with the air, a gently squeeze of the bottle now and then seems to help. Used for the purpose of bonding plasitic to concrete and its worked a treat.Closed bottle and used again a week later still seems to be good as new

Messy and ineffective
I tried to use this to stick plastic to plastic, clean surfaces, good coverage, and firmly pressed into place. Patiently waited and....it didn't.It's as bad as glue used to be in the 70s, messy and ineffective. Best avoided.

Very strong great for most jobs
Used to repair a guitar head stock everyone told me could not be repaired. Has held perfectly so far. Fingers crossed. One thing you need to know is that the adhesive expands as it cures so you must use clamps and wipe away the excess regularly. Did exactly what I needed.

Awesome stuff!
Got this to repair some threaded nut inserts in my child's cot-bed after carpet fitters broke it. Removed the inserts, sprayed with water, applied the gorilla glue, reinserted the inserts and taped for 24 hours. Provided a secure fit and allowed me to reassemble to cot-bed. Very happy with the outcome. A little goes a long way due to expansion.

Arrived hard/ gone off
It arrived with the spout all clogged up and the glue had gone/set in the cap. It’s as if someone has already opened it and used some. Not happy, the entire bottle has gone and can’t be used.

Can't get it out
It's all dried and hard, I can't even get it out of the bottle. Ugh.

glue is great and stuck everything i needed
the low start score is for the supplier, they must be storing the glue on it's side. It took nearly an hour to unblock the nozzel before i could use it. once somethings stuck it's not going anywhere

So dry that it won't even squeeze!!!
After hearing so many good things about the product line, utterly disappointed, it came so congealed and dry that it didn't even squeeze!! Now I have to bother to return it :(
