It's heavy
It is pretty big and heavy put performs greatly. Lots of different jet settings to choose from!

Works great, easy to install
I love it. I can "smell the absence" of chlorine when I use it, and I can tell it's much better for the skin. It claims no tools are required for INSTALLATION, and that is true. However, you have to REMOVE the old shower head from the arm first, and that has always required a wrench (for me anyway). Other than that all is as described and promised. Another big plus is the ease of changing the filters compared with other filter shower head designs I have used in the past, which have been a major hassle/struggle.

The best
I have been using an old smaller Sprite filter shower head/wand for over 10 years now and thought I would upgrade to this larger one. Oh my gosh it is wonderful and I love that the filter keeps all of the mineral deposits out of my skin. I also love that I can still buy the filters. Good product!!!

Water pressure who?
The media could not be loaded. Â I bought this to help prevent mineral buildup in my hair and wow does it work! I have 2B/2C hair and have been bleaching and colouring for 10+ years and I wish I had bought this long ago. My hair has never felt softer or healthier between salon visits.The MAJOR Downside is my $20 shower head from Walmart had 3-4X the amount of water pressure which I was NOT expecting. After the first use I was incredibly disappointed and was going to return it thinking filtered shower heads must not be for me. However, my laziness got the best of me and after a while I got used to having what feels like zero water pressure. But maybe that's just the price one pays for a filtered shower head.My other concern is after 1 month of using this, I started noticing a hissing sound coming from behind the wall of my shower after I turn off the water. I tried running the tub faucet after the shower in case it was a building too much pressure in the lines or something but that didn't change the hissing so I've just accepted it. (I do have plans to ask a plumber and do some research about this)
