I needed a cold pack for my torn rotator cuff and this is working perfectly. I can rotate out every 20 or 30 minutes if I need to by buying two. It provides coldness while not giving me frostbite, its just right. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I had already bought one and liked it so much I bought another. My daughter recently had abdominal surgery and I ordered 3 for her so she could be using one, have one ready to use and the third one chilling. These get very cold but stay flexible. The fabric is really nice. I used a permanent marker to write my name on mine when I had a roommate who also used them. I have migraines and sinus headaches and it fits my face and forehead well. I twisted my ankle and it covered the entire front of my ankle, just not the bottom resting on the cushion.I may buy a third one for me. They're well made and a great product.

I have had joint pain for 20 years, i have bunions, arthritis, and gout. These are the best as they are still flexible when frozen, unlike all the others. Put inside a zip lock baggie and wrap around the joint and secure with a long cloth bandage and it will make the affected area cold for 15mins. I have 3 that i keep in rotation. Recommended.

I bought my first Mueller hot/cold pack for 99-cents. Despite the ridiculous increase in price over the years, I still buy them (although it pains me to do so). They hold cold for a decent amount of time, are pliable to cover neck, knees, and shoulders, they're durable, and a stack of them won't take up a lot of freezer space. I just wish they were a better buy.

I have nothing but good things to say about this product. I had a total hysterectomy a few weeks ago and the pain was pretty serious the first few days. I needed both heat and cold in order to help manage my pain. This really did the trick. The first day we heated it in the microwave per the printed instructions right on the pack itself, and it worked marvelously. Stayed warm for a long time and was large enough to cover the area needed. The cover is very soft and the gel inside is thick and swishy. It was comfortable against my body. The next few days I needed it cold to reduce swelling. It froze very quickly, stayed cold for awhile. It never once tore, burst, or leaked. My only regret is not getting two to alternate during times of need. I would suggest to anyone who is having major swelling or a bad injury to do this to lessen times between re-freezing or hot/cold alternating. Otherwise now that I don’t need it all the time, I keep it in the freezer and use it as needed. It’s held up great.
