Works super good with chocolate! To make a darker emerald/forest green I did have to mix it in with the blue food coloring (using same brand) . Without mixing the blue the green comes out very light.. to avoid using too much green I added the blue :)

Seizes Chocolate
It can change the taste slightly but hardly noticeable. It made my Ghirardelli Chocolate seize as soon as they went on the strawberries. It might not be for strawberries
