Muy buen producto y buena marca, llego rápido, es de buena potencia, corta muy bien y rápido es muy practico y de buen tamaño para los requerimientos de jardinería de una de casa, sencillo de usar, ajustar, limpiar y mantener. pero.... a mi parecer tiene un consumo un poco alto de aceite. Pero vale la pena. ha sido una las mejores compra que he realizado. lo recomiendo altamente para el mantenimiento de jardinería de una casa. saludos

Escogí la herramienta incorrecta, la use para recortar setos y podar arboles y no fue la herrienta correcta, mordisquea las jojas y delgadas eamas, lo peor es que la use en mi jardín y salpica demasiado aceite.

No me ha fallado

I just spent 2 hours using this chain saw. I cut roughly 15 limbs - all 1" in diameter or less. After I cut 2 to 3 limbs, the chain fell off. I spent time getting the chain back on - even tightened it maybe too tight this time. After I cut 2 to 3 more limbs, the chain fell off. Do you get it? This went on for about 2 hours. This is the third time I've summoned the courage to use the chain saw in the past 5 months. There was a lawn guy working a few doors down - I got him to look at it. Same results. Not sure what to do with it. I won't use it again. If I donate it, some poor unsuspecting person will have the same issues. Maybe the trash is the best place.

The saw was not as powerful as my previous Craftsman electric saw.I kept tightening the chain during the initial use but it kept falling off. Nothing dangerous, but annoying.I am going to buy the higher amp Craftsman and give that a go.This saw disappointed.
