Awesome mix a little on the large size of mix. But was packed well and a ph testing strip and aluminum soil stick was included. I would recommend and will buy more products in the future. Good job Bonsai Jack.

Dose what it should. It takes a bit to absorb, so keep water flowing on it for a while. To be honest, i'm new to this, but I have 7 young Rocky Mountain bristlecone pines, and after a month, they seem happy.

I dont know kinda skeptical about the company now
Seems nice but I did find a price of plastic in it i dont know how well they are screening it but ya.. totally some random garbage in there. Did get my metal chop stick that is cool...but still not happy about the plastic i paid a lot to feel like there will be no impurities but that makes me feel like they aren't as professional as i thought

Not what I expected
I used this soil mixture for my juniper bonsai tree and the tree is now clinging to life. Perhaps it was the wrong soil choice on my behalf but as far as the soil goes it does not hold moisture to any degree. I didn’t expect great moisture retention because of the makeup of the mix but I was expecting some. I’m an inexperienced bonsai enthusiast but I thought buying from a bonsai soil manufacturer would be a safe bet. I was wrong.
