Didn't fit in our infant car seat - but would be great for toddler car seats or most strollers
I got this because our son kept getting very hot in his black car seat (only color offered in the one we chose), despite all of our car vents pointing towards him in the back seat, and when we had his car seat hooked into the stroller adaptors for walks. Ahhh, summer... This product is supposed to fit in most car seats, but I guess ours doesn't fall in that category, even though I'd consider it to be not much different in size to other infant car seats. I had to fold the bottom and the top parts just to get it to sort of fit in the car seat, and I couldn't use the head rest part at all. I had to constantly readjust it as we put our son in and pulled him back out of the seat. It seemed to help keep him a bit cooler as advertised, but wasn't fitting in the seat, so I took it out. Then I realized that with the Baby Jogger City Mini GT stroller, it wouldn't work either - this time due to the placement of the totally amazing one-handed fold handle on the stroller, not due to the Meeno car seat liner. I can't access the fold handle on the stroller with this in it, unfortunately (because otherwise this would be great in a stroller!). So my advice is to get this either for the larger, toddler car seats or a stroller - don't get this expecting it to fit in an infant car seat.

Keeps babies cool!
It all started when we took our daughter on a road trip and during the entire time, I live in Texas, she was quite fussy. We'd pull over and take her out of the seat and notice that she was quite sweaty on the back of her head. Time to fix that. I did some searches and came up with this product. We figured for the money we might as well try.I am soooo glad that I took the time and ordered it. It has been night and day difference for our daughter. No longer is she sweating on the back of her head and she can spend a longer time in the carseat. I'm not saying it's an active cooler but rather a passive cooler. It won't keep your babies head cool but it makes it so it can breathe better as not to get sticky and sweaty.Loved the product so much we bought another one for the other car seat as well as our stroller. The one in the stroller works well and we had no problems at the zoo in Texas. One word that I will say is that if you leave your car seat in the car nothing is going to keep your baby from being hot. This just assists with airflow behind your babies head. Also, this may not work for all babies however it's definitely worth the try!

Works great with a fan.
My 3 yr old complains about being hot in her seat on any trip over 1 hour long so I was looking for an option to help before a long car ride. I read the reviews and decided to give this a shot. I think the mat by itself wouldn't have been the answer but we also got her a small personal fan which we put in the seat would circulate the air behind her through the mat. This combination did the trick and we didn't hear her complaining to get out of her seat the whole way! So the mat was good but in combination with a small fan do get the cool around moving.

i was skeptical but this actually works
i've been looking for something like this for more than a year. my son sweats so much in the car especially when he falls a sleep. i read all the reviews and i came across one reviewer who did temperature testing. at first i was skeptical but i decided to buy one to see if it really works. and it does. he still sweats but he doesn't get drenched like he would normally. i bought one for the stroller for this summer. i recommended it to my friends. the only thing is... it slips down on the carseat. i have to readjust it every time i put my son in the carseat. hence the 4 star rating. but i think it's still worth it if it meant that he can be more comfortable in the car.

Works well, wicks away moisture.
The liner is working well. We have really hot summers & even in fall in El Paso, TX. I am using this in combination with a SwaggyBear Kool Seat (like ice packs for the seat). This ice pack tends to sweat when as it's melting in the car, so the Meeno Liner does a great job at wicking away the excess moisture. The liner keeps my baby dry and not sweaty. It does move around a bit in the seat, so we do have to adjust it every so often, but my baby doesn't move around a lot and it works for us.

Great product to keep the car seat cooler
This car seat liner is a mesh liner that promotes air flow to help keep the car seat cool. It fits my Britax convertible car seat. I find that it does keep the car seat cooler...there is a noticeable difference in the heat of the mesh liner compared with the heat of the actual (black) fabric of the car seat. My only complaint is that the top of the liner is secured with a velcro strip to the back of the car seat...and it's constantly pulling off. Maybe my husband didn't install it correctly?Anyway, I would recommend this, despite the high price tag.

Works well, been using Meeno liners for years
Meeno baby liners work great to keep my kiddos cool in the car. They wash clean really well, too, which is an added bonus in helping to keep our car seats clean. I have had the infant seat liner for years and purchased this size for our larger car seat. The fit isn't exactly universal and it shifts around a lot which is why I docked one star. For us it's still worth a bit of tugging to position the liner as we live in a tropical climate and it really does keep the kids cooler than they are without it.

Great! Keeps daughter cool. Wish it stayed put in the seat.
My daughter started complaining (aka wailing) about her back getting hot in her car seat. So, we bought this pad. It has definitely helped her stay cool..she hasn't complained once since we installed it! I will say, though, I wish it had a strap or something to keep it in place in the bottom of the seat. Any time she climbs up into the seat or slides down out of it, the pad rips down from the Velcro at the top..a little annoying, but overall, it's been a worthy investment.
