The most important things to know: FIRST: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS SEVERAL TIMES. It may not help much, as the instructions are not very detailed. I zoomed in on the rack photos on Amazon several times which helped answer questions. SECOND: find, tag, and put the parts into individual piles. DO NOT clip the ZIP ties on the "C" parts until ready to use.Instructions 'Step 1': note 'A1' has 3 holes on the right side - that will be the back support of the storage rack.Leave screws slightly loose until you are sure the rack is correctly built (end of Step 2). Then tighten each screw. Then, do it again to make sure each screw is as tight as it can be.You can hang pieces G, H, and I on either side, outside, or inside the rack. Again, had to refer to the photo on Amazon because I could not figure out what somewere for.

My dishwasher kicked the bucket last week, and hubby has been to busy to install the new one, I’m back to washing by hand, with a family of 6,5 of us home in quarantine, Washing dishes has become a full - time job, needed something big and durable and I found it!!I really do love my new dish rack, I forgot how relaxing washing dishes can be, and this new addition to my kitchen adds to it.It was so easy to assemble, The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, I actually had my 11 and 15-year-old boys put it together for me..It's not at all heavy, but it's solid and sturdy at the same time. Very well constructed..It's a nice size and in a well-proportioned way. I love the over the sink design- when I open the window, It helps to dry the dishes faster, and the excess water conveniently drips right Down into the sink, and no more nasty, slimy, moldy, rubber mat underneath your clean dishes to Also have to clean!And it is such a awesome countertop space saving solution, so versatile, there’s a place for everything!!I am totally in love with my new dish rack! Highly recommended!

My mother-in-law bought me the 'Wish version' of this thing and it was pretty junky, way way to small and had no adjustable parts. So I was really hopeful for this one! And I am very happy with it! It was easy to put together and all of the parts look well built. Every part came bubble wrapped and also an additional screw and washer of each type made it even better. No complaints so far! (But I have only had it for a few hours haha)Oh yes, one thing I do not like was the super tiny suction cups. We ended up removing the ones that came with this one and used the 'Wish version' suction cups instead. They work a lot better.Also I used some of the attachments from the 'Wish version' so I have additional storage. But that is not needed at all, I just have no counter space and thought "why not?".

This over the sink dish drying rack is something I have been eyeing for a while and I can't believe I waited so long to get one. This frees up so much counter space and makes my kitchen look so much cleaner. It definitely looks much better than my old plastic one and holds more items too. It was easy to assemble and took only about 10-15 minutes to put together. I can use every part, because all the places have a function so no wasted space. My other favorite part about it, is the build quality. It is made of stainless steel so it is very sturdy and looks very nice and not cheap like my old plastic one. Because of the quality and the fact that it is heavy duty, it stays in place and does not move around easily, which is nice. Its height protects my already washed dishes from dirty water sprinkles, or dirty dishes that get thrown in the sink. The rack fits right over my sink with no problem. There are hooks for hanging big utensils, a container for silverware, a place to stack plates, cups, saucers and even a place to put dish soap!! I cannot say enough good things about my new kitchen toy. I love it and highly recommend it!!

The crossbars come in two pieces, and the joint is about an inch in length. They are thin metal, and the joint started to sag pretty quick.The bars have a nut embedded in them to screw into - I torqued a screw just a bit and one of the nuts came out of the bar.The plate rack has spaces for a lot more plates than I'll ever own, however they spaces were not big enough for my plates, so my plates were not very secure in the rack. My plates were big enough I had to space them every other slot.In the end, I just wasn't happy with this rack and I threw it in the garbage. Given the damage I did, it wasn't returnable anyways.Wouldn't recommend.

Perfect! It has revolutionized my kitchen! It's extremely sturdy and easy to put together. I absolutely recommend! Absolutely ginormous.

This product save a lot of space around your kitchen sink. The base is very stable, and there are anti slip suction cup on the leg. I normally do the dishes by handwashing. It's really good for me to drain the dishes, The hook feature is also a plus that you can hang the pan fry pots or soup spoons. I would say the price is pretty fair with the quality. $50 is not cheap but not that expensive. I would love to pay for it cuz of the stainless steel. It can last longer without rusting.
