Think I found the one
Not my first emersongear product, won't be my last.I've gone through numerous placard/pouch setups on my plate carriers and always find something I hate, I've bought many placards and pouch combinations trying to find my perfect setup. This is just what I was looking for. Holds an extra rifle mag compared to 99% of other placards out there, has some added pouches for admin items, Multitool, Chem lights, etc. as well as a couple pistol mags, and should keep things rather slim (depending how you stuff the pouches and what with). I like the added pouches and loops to the sides of mag pouches, helps keep it slimmer and manage cables etc.Contrary to other reviews, it is NOT too wide to fit a 10x12 plate carrier... If you're okay with a slight overhang on either side (which I am, considering how much utility this adds). The carrier pictured is a Redemption Tactical Crusader 2.0, for reference. As an added bonus, the ranger green is a great match for Redemption Tactical's RG color. My only complaints are as follows:- the buckles are not spaced properly for standard plate carrier buckle configurations. However, it DOES fit, you do NOT need to cut cross bars out of your buckles like one reviewer mentioned, and the misalignment isn't bad enough it really causes any issues. It's just a tad annoying when trying to install. But, I don't generally swap placards often, so it's a small issue for me.-the retention flaps for the pistol mag pouches are an odd design. Would have preferred they were permanently secured on the inner side closer to your body, rather than the outer side farthest away from you. Not a deal breaker, but something I'll have to get used to. Kinda weird grabbing the little tab and pulling away from your chest rather than up and back towards you like virtually every other pouch out there. All in all, I think I love it. Will update this review later on if anything changes!

Great for airsoft
I wouldn’t ever bet my life on this but for a cosplay or airsoft rig it’s great. Inexpensive and great fit.

Minimalist design with decent storage room.
The magazine slots securely hold 4 30 rd magazines. Behind the 4 fitted mag slots is a wide velcro pocket you can also utilize. The 2 smaller side pockets and 2 front middle pockets are just big enough to snugly fit 9mm magazines and/or a slim profile flashlight/laser. the 2 larger pockets in front have enough room for you to fit a 20 rd magazine or any miscellaneous things you may need, such as markers, tourniquets, etc. There are also a couple of bungee cords in the front that I use to secure chem lights. Keep in mind that you may need to file down the male and female ends of the buckles you are using for a proper fit; the placard I got came with male ends only, and I had to make it fit the female ends attached to my plate carrier.

Absolute trash
Bought the multicam version. Color is waaayy off, mag covers were sewn on backwards. I've had decent luck in the past with this brand, however this was a fail. Says SINAIRSOFT not emersongear

Not that great
The retention bands that keep the mags in broke after my third day using them at the field and didn’t really hold my mags well to begin with you definitely need bigger AR mags to get good use out of the bands but I’m sure if you were stretching them constantly they’d break sooner don’t get these chances are your carrier came with a small placard with Molle on it just buy regular mag pouches and stick them on it,Even if it does not break it rarely stays in the buckles half the time I had this thing I was adjusting the placard again and again because when you run it just has the habit of falling off

Surprisingly good
Holding up surprisingly well buuuuuuut, clips don’t work very well with swift clips and what not. Got a couple clips from milspec monkey, broke off the old ones and swapped them out and work fantastically now.
