The 10 trays arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. They are much sturdier than the ones I’ve seen in stores. Even though I bought the trays to grow oat grass for my cats, when my husband examined them, he said, “I’m going to use the extras as a base to put under boxes in the basement [so when water seeps into the basement, the boxes won’t get wet].” I like the large number of sections in the tray so that I can grow oat grass for the cats in increments—I fill the entire seed tray with potting soil, and then plant just two rows’ worth. Then the next week, sow seeds in the next 2 rows, and so on. That way, I’ll always have fresh available oat grass for the cats.

I love the idea and the overall concept of these. When I used them my seeds did great and sprouted quickly. My problem was I had no way of getting them out and everything be in tact. While I had plenty of dirt, I couldn't get the pod out without damaging the roots or everything just falling apart.

Watch the measurements I didn't look close at the measurements and they are a little smaller than my usual trays so my humidity domes didn't seal well.

Very well made thicker plastic one should last a long time. And l’ll have extra for my friends.
