It definitely seems to hold my shoulders back, and while it's tight, it's not unbearably uncomfortable. I'll wear it for a few hours at a time, and I do notice that it holds my shoulders back. I will caution that this is tight! The size is a medium, but it's very small. I have a very small frame (5'6", 120 lbs) and I can't imagine how it would fit anyone who weighs more or has even an average size build. 2.This helps me stand straighter but doesn't pull too tight when I wear it over a bra. I feel good about wearing it. The only thing I don't like is that it comes so close to the neck in the back that I can't wear it under some shirts if I'm going out. Great for days I'm home to get me into the habit of standing straighter though. Worth the price.
