Great product but was missing BOTH hardware kits that were listed as being included.

Super easy to install, just follow the step-by-step instructions. Highly recommend using a 1/2 inch socket wrench instead of a 1/2 inch regular type or adjustable wrench. After installing the plastic nut to "finger tight" as specified in step # 4, it takes several more turns using a wrench as specified in step 5 before the bottom portion snaps off indicating proper tightness. It's just a lot more convenient to use a socket wrench!

Slips loose constantly. Junk. Buy another, save your a@@some trouble

Easy to install, it took less than 2 minutes to install. It works like a charm, slow lowering and so easy to clean.

I have had this toilet seat almost two months and it still hasn’t loosened up and it’s comfortable to sit on. I read that you shouldn’t use bleach on the seat so I use a Lysol wipe to clean it. I wipe it down daily but I’m finding that nothing seems to stick to it. If the toilet lid is left open you gently touch it and it lowers itself. I noticed some people saying it’s too slow to lower. If you need the seat fast all you have to do is push it down manually. You will be very pleased with this toilet seat.
