I am glad they come in a two pack they work great sometimes the button at the front of the spin part falls out but to me that's not a big deal I love that they are adjustable I bought this set twice someone seen me with one and wanted mine so I purchased a second pack as a small gift

This product seems very well constructed and has a solid quality feel. The dial that adjusts tension is a nice feature and works well. The only issue is that every time I use them they shed a small amount of black plastic flakes. This appears to be caused by friction wear on the black plastic at the handle joints where they rub together. I thought this would stop after they were "broken in" but I've used these for 6 weeks and I see no reduction in this shedding. Not a deal buster but still a bit annoying.

These are a pretty good value. They work great! At the lightest setting they're comparable to a bicycle hand brake, and at the maximum I can barely squeeze it with two hands. I have long skinny fingers. Finger length shouldn't be a problem unless you're a professional basketball player, but if you have wide hands your pinky finger might hang off the end. One of mine makes a quiet creaking sound, but the other is silent.

My first impressions with this product was great. By the feel of the material , the plastic is super dense (don't know what they make it out of , carbon fiber, teflon, etc.) but I am pretty sure this material will never break. The handles are also very grippy but durable. Great way to ward off stress or increase your martial astist kung fu grip!!!! A must buy!!! Great value for a highly superb product.

While these may not be the most sophisticated or ergonomic grip strengtheners on the market, they do the job, the adjustment capability is remarkable at this price, and, while inexpensive, they do not feel "cheap", they are sturdy and seem durable (though I haven't had them long enough to be sure about that).

Excellent adjustable hand grip. I like to have one set to an easier setting and have one at a difficult setting. They come as a set of two. With the easy setting I just use my thumb along with the index, and bird flipping finger to also strengthen the thumb. I turn it upside down to do it, but it can be done either way. My was is better though.It has a wide range of resistance, you simply turn the know to the right to make it more difficult, or left to wuss it out. It's a neat product! My only complaint is that the handles could be a touch longer. My pinky hangs a bit over the end. Can't give it less than 5 stars though. It's well built and effective.

Pros - They do a very good job of helping you build grip strength. They have variable tension adjustment. They’re very reasonably priced.Cons - The inserts for the tension direction indicators loosened and popped out after a couple of months and the springs broke after 3 years of moderate on/off use. They had only been used for 2 months at maximum tension when the springs broke.Overall - For the price, they’re a decent value and are very useful for building grip strength. However, once you reach the 45-50 kg level on these, I recommend that you buy one of the better aluminum-handled grip trainers with a heavier spring and use these as “warm-up” devices. That will help prevent these from breaking prematurely and will enable you to advance to a higher level if you desire to do so.
