My mother uses for her arthritis and gave me some when staying. It was so good orderd my own tube. Only warning is to use sparingly as its more powerful than other similar products and does burn if use too much.

Far better than the normal deep heat products, this virtually eradicates the pain altogether.

I bought it for my husband and the reason that I gave four stars is because after applying it on his back the skin became really red and itchy - I don’t know if it’s the cream or my husband ( he might be more sensitive or allergic).

I've used this over the years for all sorts of aches and pains,not just neck and shoulders;but any joints with that troublesome ache that gets you down. My grand-daughter even puts it on her ankles after sports!!!Tip...tho you don't need much,it gets quite hot/warm but its incredibly effective.It's always in the medicine cupboard.I wouldn't be without it,and have regularly told my friends to give it a go!!

I used the cream for all sorts of aches and pains would not do without it excellent ! Well done keep it going superb!!

I swear by this. I can put it on different parts of my body without getting it on my hands. Id recommend this to everyone.

It is amazing sbd does the job and dose the smell like the original deep heat. Much more pleasant.
