i been using the same brand for years , the arm bands are hard to get on by yourself and the thigh slimmers fit my thighs just fine ..i started using them because i did cardio a lot and i started losing my butt i needed something to go on my thigh to hold up my butt while running and it works and continue to work for me !!bands do run small ..

I love the classic golds gym arm and thigh sweat bands. They work great and stay in place.

If these are to help burn fat, why are they so darn small! These are for thin or petite folks that want to cut up because they will not fit people with fat arms that are trying tighten and slim down. Though I got them on, they were extremely tight. If you move, the will roll up. Unfortunate for me.

These are great, but after a few weeks one of the thigh wraps split. I don’t do any intense workouts, so I believe that the “sponge” material underneath is a bit too fragile.

Well it sturdy and produces sweat howeverI had to use the thigh bands on my arms not bc theArms bands were too small the thigh bands are too small for me! Instead of returning I used them for my arms.

I am returning these. The arm ones are hard to get to stay without help and once you sweat a little elastic comes off. The legs are not big enough for bigger thighs.

My second set.. They help me a lot with my workouts.

Oh my! One of the best purchases I've ever made. These bands supercharge my workout sessions. I was able to shed about 4 inches in 4 days. I used these combos with the belly slimmer band too. I read the reviews where it was stated that it slips or falls down during workouts. This is true if the bands are not fastened tightly. I tighten them as best as I could but not to constrict movement or cut off blood supply 😊. Once they get drenched in sweat they will slip if not fastened tightly enough. I leave them them to dry out/or air out in between workouts.
