this is a really great glass mat for my heavy desk chair. before, i couldn't move the chair, cuz it was too heavy. i then ordered two other products, and they were ugly and cheap looking. this one costs more, but well worth it. very clear glass, chair moves like a charm.

I can't believe I spent 40+ years of my professional life battling plastic mats. Actually, I did not even know that they made glass mats. I received my new glass mat this past week and am totally in love with it for many reasons: does not slide all over the place; looks so good in my Home office; does not move at all even though I have a carpeted office; does not show foot marks from my bare feet and did not need to use plastic levelers that came with the mat. I walk into my office in the morning and the mat just glows under my office chair - it puts a smile on my face and am instantly in a good mood. Now, I need a new chair to match this wonderful mat! The price for this mat was extremely competitive especially compared to the TV advertised glass mats. I give this mat 5 stars - believe me you will not be disappointed if you buy one, which I definitely recommend that you do..Roberta Miller

I have Luxury Vinyl flooring & my chair ruins it over time without these (I have two side by side because of how long my desk is with file cabinets on both ends) they work great.

There are loads of options for these so I went with a well priced but higher rated glass mat and this has been perfect. I put rollerblade wheels on my office chair which is helping preserve the mat, but I have no chips or anything of the sort and its been a while now. I dropped a screwdriver on it and got away with that as well.I do recommend the rollerblade (poly) wheels for glass mats if you want to be safe, but keep in mind the glass thickness combined with the wheel height increase will affect your desk height situation. I had to buy desk risers to compensate for the added height of my chair.

It takes some getting used to. Replaced the wheels on the chair. Slick and fast. So if you have mobility issues then take care getting in and out of the chair. It is as advertised looks great and gives a little class to the room.

Very nice product. I've only had it a few days, so I can't comment on the durability. It made it here in one piece. That's saying a lot, the way things are shipped now days. It was very well protected in the box. And, my chair sure does roll!
