I needed coasters but wanted something that functioned as a statement too. These were perfect. I moved from the pnw to the south and love these reminders of home. Some of them are a bit too small to function as an actual coaster though so I had to deduct one star.

Really impressed with the craftsmanship

A couple attributes hold these coasters back. 1. They're a bit too small, with some glasses overhanging parts of the coaster. 2. Like all wood, they'll warp if wet for too long which has happened to several of mine.

I though these would be a great idea for friends that do a lot of hiking in WA state., I was very disappointed these are very small and only 2 of the 5 coasters can actually hold a glass. At $34'00 as set I expected each of them be large enough to hold a drink. I would not recommend purchasing as drink coasters.

These are our favorite coasters ever!! Beautiful and nice quality.
