お米より食物繊維が豊富で健康的で、良くグラノーラを自分の好みで作るます。これから寒くなるので雑炊やバラエティーに色々な物を作れるので嬉しいです。こちらの商品のオートミールしか食べたことがありません。

Taste great, but kinda expensive.
These oats taste great; however, I don't taste a difference between these and regular old-fashioned quaker oats. Therefore, I'd just go for those since they're cheaper than this brand with no discernable difference.
