This is So Cool! I ordered this for my grandsons room. He is just getting into space things and I thought he would like the space dog but I had no idea that it was so cool. I tested it out myself and found it to be so relaxing to look at the images projected on the ceiling that I now have to order one for myself too. Using this you are sure to feel relaxed and find yourself drifting off to sleep in no time. Between the calm movements of the stars and background colors and shapes combined with the relaxing sound of crickets, or thunder, or even lullaby music that all make you feel like your drifting off in the sky. The 1 hour or 2 hour timer will play the visual effects and the music or nature sounds well past the time that you fall asleep. It would be wonderful to use during a meditation session too. I found it so calming and just thinking how cool this is. Nothing like the star projectors that my kids had when they were young, this is so…Cool! The unit itself is neat as well because it is a dog in a space suit. It even has the power supply going from the power control box on his back up to his ‘space helmet’ so it looks like his space oxygen line. The head sits in a recessed area and is held in place with magnets, but is reposition able so you can point his face, and therefore the projector, in just about any direction you want and it will stay in that position. When you power it on the dog barks a hello, so cute!I am absolutely positive my 7 year old grandson will love it as much as I do. I am going to buy one for myself and I recommend that you buy one too if you want to drift off into peaceful sleep each night.

These are wonderful. I’m sure they were made for kids but even the parents will enjoy these Projector. They have many different colors & pictures. This one also can play your music with Bluetooth. They arrive in a timely manner & are better then described. It’s a good value for your coins. Hope this helps, Ann :)

The only thing I’d change is that the stars would be more aligned with constellations but really it’s pretty perfect for my kids as is!

The media could not be loaded.  I first bought one that looked more like a 'sculpture' on the outside, however, it did not light up the room as the product web pictures showed, it was quite disappointing, however, this one.... yes, I love it. And I didn't originally want stars (I wanted one that predominately had more of a wave effect) but this lights up the room so nicely, I swear it calms my mind and I want it on 24/7, lol. I took a video to try to show the colors projecting onto the ceiling, yet it just did not do it justice; it is so much better in real life.

Noisy, at least to me. Even when turned off by the remote, in the fixed "on" mode, you can still hear the noise of the motor going. Most people wouldn't notice, but I do. The other galaxy light I own is silent, and the light movement is better. But I'm probably too particular. For most, this light will be fine.

I love how simple the lights are to set up and use. One of the features I love is the fact that you can time the lights and not worry about whether it’s on of off. They also have music in built which is great for the overall experience
