Suddenly stopped connecting to Wi-Fi
10 days after return window expired bulbs will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. Buyer beware. Made attempts to contact Sengled support as directed in product insert with no response. Spent hours troubleshooting per available online recommendations with no success.I already had a new 2 pack I had not yet installed on hand. Replaced the non-connecting bulbs with 2 new Sengled wi-fi/no Hub required bulbs which connected as expected and are working fine today. We’ll see how long the “smart” connectivity last in these bulbs. These bulbs are too expensive to use as just standard “dumb” lightbulbs after only 40 days - can’t recommend at this price point with the lack of support and limited return window for failed reliability I experienced. Not sure of bulb connectivity life expectancy for this product, but these bulbs did not meet my expectations.If smart bulb capability is expected to last beyond 40 days, I would expect a refund for a faulty product. Otherwise, functional life expectancy should be noted in description.

Absolutely THE WORST
I bought these to 'upgrade' some Kasa/TPLink bulbs I had in the kitchen as I wanted brighter bulbs in that room. While the initial installation went fine, these bulbs have been nothing but a headache since. While they work fine as 'dumb' bulbs, as far as using them as smart bulbs is beyond infuriating. Firstly, they lose connectivity all the time. I get alerts on my Alexa app that they have lost then regained connectivity at least 3 or 4 times a week. Then, when it comes to using them as a light group to dim the lights in the room, either one or both of the bulbs end up being unresponsive so it will only either half work (one bulb dims while the other one stays at 100%) or neither bulb will respond. I've reset the bulbs and re-installed them a few times and it keeps happening over and over and over again.Save your money and buy a different brand because these are awful. I might as well have just bought plain old regular bulbs instead of wasting the money on these. What a nightmare.

Could not connect
These bulbs could not even be discovered by my Echo Show. I followed the instructions from Singled (turning off and on 5 times until light blinked 3 times) and from Alexa help (on/off 10 times no longer than a second on/off, blink 3 times, turn off, discover, turn on) with no luck. I tried pairing the bluetooth and following the instructions again and still nothing. Same process for the second bulb as well. Do not recommend.

Problems after 2 months
These worked well for 2 months. After that continual problems. Messages of "there is a problem", "device unresponsive", etc. Intermittent connections with Alexa. I would delete the offending light, put back in pairing mode and add again. This might or might not fix the problem for a while. Of course, problems started after the return period to Amazon had ended. If it was possible to give a lower rating, I would.

Not quite there yet, better than 2020 versions though.
I am encouraged by the improvement over this company's lights available last year because these setup directly through Alexa (Echos). Last year's bulb setup was much more cumbersome. However, an internet outage can still require removing and repeating setup, and even resetting actual bulbs.It's better but still klunky. Someday these will just "work" without exposing us to the bleeding edge of the technology. I'm only going forward with them because I'm a hopeless wonk.Setup requires echo to be within 30 feet of one of these, and then you can move echo farther away again. IDK but walls might reduce the distance. That was my only glitch, but I had to repeat it when our internet went down. Now that everything is back in its place and my driveway light routines are working I'm breathing easier. Once I moved an echo within range setup and re-setup were automatic.

They just don't work - Won't pair with any app, including Sengled
I have tried paring with three different apps, and none of them can detect these lights, not even the manufacturers own app!

Erratic behavior via Sengled continues to be an on-going problem
Although these lamps are bright, they exhibit erratic behavior via Alexa with erroneous messages like "device malfunction" when the lamp is on and working fine. Also note in the attached photo the message "Failed to load page,,," which is a frequent message. If you're looking for dependability, this may not be the product for you.*** Since posting the original review of this product, I received the following notice from Sengled:"We wanted to let you know that Amazon has had major outages across the U.S. today due to their AWS platform outage. This id affecting Amazon shipping, Alexa devices, and many other major 3rd party websites. Thus far, they have not notified us of an ETA for restoration."*** as of 12/22: Sengled continues to be erratic.2/20/2022: These lamps continue to be a problem with erratic and unexplained issues. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't... Even after reinstalling them, they'll work once then become "unavailable."Don't buy these. Look for another brand.

Don't Understand Negative Reviews
After 2 years my hard to set up (eventually got it) Singled hub failed. I threw it and the old bulbs out. These no hub replacements are expensive. They are also bright as I want and set up in minutes. I made sure my Alexa software was up to date. I have fairly recent Alexa devices. "Alexa search for new devices.". That's it. Rename and set up groups.
