I bought this because the literature says this oil is one of the highest food sources of omega 3. Since I have read damaging things about fish oil, I was looking for an alternative. This was a good choice. A little oil goes a long way, the dark glass bottle protects it, and there is sufficient oil to last a while. It tastes fresh. Usually I use it on food, but I never heat it in order to retain its good qualities. I keep it in the refrigerator, and it remains in liquid form. No worries about mercury and cruelty, as with fish oil.

My wife adds a table spoon of this to my salad (with italian dressing), and it adds a nice flavor. It's too expensive to use in place of olive oil, at least for me.

I buy the oil, nut butter, and sach inchi seeds. Look no further than the ingredients. Same caliber level as an Avacado.Perfect keto staple. Very low saturated fat, high in omeg 3's, good amount of fiber. A winner!Off the radar screen.

I'm pretty sure this nutty, tasty oil will prove a great addition to my diet, but I'm afraid the bottle its packaged in will give me an aneurism before I get to enjoy my improved health. After the first use (1 tsp in coffee) and every use thereafter, the outside of the bottle gets as oiled up as a Baywatch cast member and there's nothing you can do about it. My kingdom for a pourable, drip-resistant container...
