Bought one for my bedroom and one for my office, both have qc issues such as the finish is cheap on the wood legs, mismatched bolts, screw wouldn’t fasten all the way as they don’t reach opposite end, one leg is shorter than the other 3 legs so one of my ottomans is uneven and rocks noticeably. Overall ottomans are somewhat solid but cheaply made and overpriced

Do NOT order this unless you are absolutely sure it will work for you. I needed to return mine because they fabric isn’t great quality, and it looks cheap. It’s also the wrong color for my living room. Much to my surprise, there are NO FREE RETURNS on this product. I should have paid better attention to that when ordering. It basically cost me $30 to figure out this product doesn’t work for me, because I have to pay for the return shipping cost. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IF I HAD KNOWN THIS.

Nice wooden legs

I ordered this product twice. The first time it arrived without nuts or bolts for assembly. I returned it and asked for a replacement. The replacement arrived without nuts or bolts for assembly. What a waste.

Bench screws protruded through the wood legs. Other than that I liked the bench.
