This light is amazing. It has different settings so you can build the light brightness gradually and also there is a timer setting so you can control how long you have it on. I really struggle with sleep as I have no control over it at all but since buying this I manage to wake up in the morning and actually feel awake. Although this feeling doesn’t last long that’s because of my illness not the light. I would definitely recommend this product

I bought this lamp as I was looking for something to help with SAD. I didn't want to spend much as I've never used one before and wanted to see if it actually works. So far I'm on day 2 of using on max for 30 minutes and feel a little brighter in my mood, it's early days but feeling positive so far. It looks good too and of an evening I have turned the brightness down to minimum and used it as a side lamp.Also arrived really quickly. Was due on the Monday but came the Saturday before.

It’s great!! It works really well. I use it every morning and haven’t down like I usually do with the clock changes. I didn’t think such a cheap sun lamp would work as well.

My partner works night shifts from home and struggles getting up and awake at 2am, ordered this to help with that and it works wonders, really bright and easy to use.Knocked off one star as the lead is quite short and can’t find a replacement one anywhere! We’d wanted a plug upstairs and down without having to rummage around under the desk or bed to unplug it every time. But overall it’s so good we’ve ordered another so we can both have one where we need it.

Purchased to help with winter gloom. Having used for a month or so I can honestly say it has made a difference to my mood for the day. I simply switch on and go about my morning routine getting ready and it switches itself off after 30 mins. Great that you can hand on the wall or have free standing, I hung at eye level when standing for best impact without looking directly into it.

The timer setting is very useful for setting it and forgetting about it. The controls are easy to understand and use. The lamp does go up to 10000 lux according to my lux meter. Great lamp.

Lights room up nicely and makes my room feel like a nice sunny day which is helping my mood.

This is exactly what I was hoping for. Every morning I turn it on the brightest setting and set the timer for an hour. I just go about my daily life, whether it’s working or relaxing, and I feel a distinct lift in my mood.My insomnia has also improved. It was particularly chronic & severe (months of 0-3 hours of sleep + learned fear of not sleeping creating a vicious cycle), so I’ve also had to work on other techniques when it comes to sleeping, but teaching my body when it’s morning vs night has been a key element. Now that my body is exposed to sun-bright light first thing when I wake up, I find that I naturally get sleepy around the same time each evening. I’m very appreciative that there was an affordable sun lamp option.
