Easy to swallow and effective at helping sleep through the night
It is always really difficult to know if tablets like these really do aid sleep, as you have nothing to compare it against and don't know if your sleep would have been the same without the tablets.However, as someone who suffers with mild problems with their sleeping patterns, I was keen to try a herbal solution. These tablets were perfectly easy to swallow before bed with a glass of water, and didn't have a particularly strong taste or after taste.The ingredients are meant to help you produce your own melatonin as well as calming you before bed. I have to say that, as part of a careful night-time regime, I found these tablets to be useful in conjunction with other sleeping techniques.I did find that I was less likely to wake up in the middle of the night after taking these tablets for a couple of weeks, and I always wake up feeling refreshed without any grogginess so there is no worry about these tablets leaving you woozy in the morning.I found that the tablets were gentle on my stomach and I would have no qualms recommending these to other people with minor sleeping issues.
