These are much better than the ones with a 3.5 jack with an adapter. They don't hiss, they fit securely and don't fall out, and I can sleep on my side with them.

These really helped with my misophonia-related sleeping issues. They do mask/muffle a decent amount of noise when fitted well even when audio is not playing. The silicone is INCREDIBLY soft, which helped with pain I was experiencing with other earbuds being too firm or big and not fitting well. Unfortunately they're not quite small enough for me to be comfortable side-sleeping on (though they're close, so I can imagine they might be fine for other people), but I can sleep with one in and alternate ears if I want to switch sides. Wires are a bit annoying to deal with, but they're manageable. The sound quality is perfectly fine if you're not an audiophile; I listen to music with these as well as white noise and haven't noticed any issues. I like that the pack comes with two earbuds-- if I somehow wreck one's wires while I sleep, I've got a backup pair already available. I appreciate the volume and pause/play controls on the wire, though ideally I'd love to have track controls (next/previous) as well.Overall good, inexpensive earbuds, especially if you're looking for small, soft, comfortable earbuds.

With normal earphone, I can’t name brands but high end quality ones break after a month or a few months at most & are never comfortable to sleep it I wake up with my ears hurting & my ears hurting when I put them back in …*Until I found this Amazing Sleep Earphones , A True Game Changer*The way these are designed & the quality is really thought out & Amazingly Made, It’s real Quality but it’s the *Design* where others say they cancel noise well these TRULY DO!! Al ppio tenía mis dudas respecto al producto, parecía endeble y materiales malos pero.....sorpresa, el sonido es muy bueno, se ajustan bien al oído, aíslan bastante del ruido externo y no molesta nada a la hora de estar tumbado en la cama escuchando algún podcast y quedarte dormido (que era para lo que yo lo quería). Sin duda, me volvería a comprar otro si se me llegase a romper. Ya llevo algunos meses con ellos y siguen funcionando a la perfección y eso que los uso todas las noches

Heel goede oordopjes. Fijn om mee te slapen. Geluid is goed en niet duur.
