Used this the first time for Thanksgiving. I usually brine a turkey in a food safe bucket and store in the fridge. I used this bag and put it in the bucket. I love it because I did not have wash the greasy bucket 20 times before I stored it. The bag did not leak and held a 24 pound turkey and brine. Thumbs up!

Used 2 of these bags for 2 turkeys that I brined past thanksgiving. The bags are very heavy duty plastic. Also they are large - very large. A 16 lbs turkey hardly took half of the bag space. I had to squeeze out a *lot* of air for the turkey to be surrounded by the brine. Being a hardware geek I wish I had a vacuum pump to pull out the air cleanly, but I had to squeeze air out by hand and it was a bit unwieldly. I put the turkeys in the fridge for approx. 24 hours and and then baked them, and there was no liquid or air leaks.Personally, I find the bags a bit expensive, but that's just the cheap me :-) The product is good.

Fit a decent size Turkey with no problem and didn’t leak or anything. One time the bag crumpled and spilled water all over the floor though. So it would be nice if it stayed upright a little better but if it is supported before you add the Turkey then you are fine. Once the Turkey is in then it’s all good.

These are easy to use and are incredibly well made. Brined our turkey with no leakage.
