Amazing! I'm an OT and use IASTM regularly. This tool has allowed me to really expand my use of IASTM; the surface and edges of the tool allow for framing of joints and the long smooth side is great for working on larger areas for cross fiber massage.Overall, I'm super happy with this purchase and highly recommend!
