l tried these along with other supplements, when Psoriasis had destroyed my fingernails and some if my skin. lt can’t be cleared up until l am maximized on the right dose of my biologic medication which is being titrated up still. The biotin was well priced and easy to swallow.

I lost lots of hair due to infection and this helped stop that and grow most of it back. Small pink pills. No taste easy to swallow
