I liked this products a lot. We have tried various other product in this category and finally ended up in this product. This makes our job easier. Highly recommend this product for preparing multiple dishes.

I ordered this for making Yunnan style rice noodles. There are similar items that can be found in the market, most of them use the screw mechanism to compress the dough. This one uses the mechanism used on caulk guns, which is much easier to operate. It does the job with a couple of manufacturing flaws: 1. The fabrication quality is below average, especially the disk attachments. In addition, the gap between the pusher disk and the cylinder is not small enough to avoid the dough from being pushed back through, although is only a small acceptable amount. I cut a piece of plastic from a food container and put it inside the cylinder as a liner. This solved the gap problem, as well as made the operation more smoother. Maybe the manufacture can adopt this idea to improve the product. 2. As mentioned in another review, the fabrication residue still appears on some area, it looks the product did not go through cleaning process before packed for shipping. It needs deep clean before use. Overall, it works but the manufacturing process needs to be improved.

Don’t buy it. Poor quality and rusted product. Sending the one I got back.

Product received on Time as described.After opening the package noticed the item still has some kind of dust like black color all over the steel body.Make sure to clean before thoroughly before use.It’s sturdy and working. Recommended
