great price, helps me get to sleep and stay asleep
I have been using Valerian root for a few months now, trying to get off my RX sleep meds. This really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. They do smell very bad. Just don't inhale when you open the bottle. My wife also uses Valerian root some nights and it seems to help her also.I like it and am happy to have it.
