I am not sure about all the negative reviews.Mine expire 2 years from now. They arrived un damaged and they taste delicious!A great dip for chicken or fish!It also gives your burgers and sandwiches a well needed zing or kick! Very tasty, I will stock up and buy more!

I love this! Discovered this at a little luncheonette in Bedford, Pennsylvania. This is my second order. It comes in large bottles, but I put into quart jars and share with friends. Not only is it great on sandwiches, but it’s also a fabulous dressing for salads.

I had this Bistro Sauce in a restaurant in Las Vegas and loved it.So I asked the name of it from our waitress and decided to order some...It looks like its a food service item and only comes in large quantities.It came today and it EXPIRES IN JULY OF 2021...There is NO way I am going to use 4-48oz jars in 3 months.And I have my doubts whether the small restaurant we ate at could use all that in that amount of time either.Had i known this I would never had ordered it....Diane Voight

My family loves this sauce at a local place we eat at. I came across it here and was thrilled! It's quite a bit and for the price and amount; thought we would use it. However, it arrived today with a JULY 2020 expiration. How does anyone expect customers to order bulk like this for one month??? So angry as this wasn't cheap. Prob just send it back as I'm not paying and throwing away.

Love this sauce! Great on sandwiches and with seafood, chicken and anything grilled. Full of flavor. Have recommended to friends and family members.
