I bought 3 of these lamps and they are bright! I use them in my living room but I also create a lot of videos and they are really great for that. The lighting is perfect, bright enough for everything. This comes with natural white lighting and makes my videos look so professional.

This lamp is great. It gets bright or dim enough, you can change the color temperature of the light, and the remote works great. I only wish the remote was an IR remote so that I could control it with my multi-remote.

Only issue I've seen so far in the short time I've had the lamp is that it's just that it's very easy to tip it over. I got this to replace an old halogen lamp that's both a energy hog and a pain to find replacement bulbs for. The difference in weight and the size of the base is substantial, the base on this new led is 2 or 3 inches less in diameter and it's about a quarter of the weight which leaves this lamp easy to tip over. Consider the location you plan on placing this lamp and if it were to fall over what if any damage it'd cause before purchase. For most people it's not going to make any difference but there are few it will do so. I do like the lamp so far but wish it were more stable but it's not a deal breaker issue for me.

I've been looking for a tall lamp that is bright. I've purchased so many I had almost given up. This lamp was fantastic. The first one I bought for the office was exactly what I have been searching for. I have since proceeded to buy one for my daughter, son, and a neighbor. I would really recommend this for someone looking for a nice bright lamp.

Super great and bright, but the only way you can really have it in your home is with the light pointing straight up. Defusing the light over the space would've been the best option, because pointing it in a lower direction is very painful for the eyes (especially at the brightest setting). Overall though, really solid lamp I just wish it was a bit more asthetic/had more defusing options

What's not to like? Assembly was a piece of cake, resulting in a VERY attractive lighting fixture. Light can be directed straight up or angled to the side. The intensity can be controlled from dim to extra, Extra bright. All this, plus a remote control.Originally purchased for my bedroom, the lamp migrated to our living room within a few hours. By the next day, my daughter had stolen it for her at-home office. A second one was ordered immediately; and more orders may well follow. A huge success!

I really like this lamp! It’s brighter than the one I had. It was easy to put together, took less than 5 minutes. It gets bright and it dims, and you have 3 different colored lights. Like a warm yellow, a regular yellow, and like a bright white.I LOVE the remote that comes with it. That’s like the best part of it. The top of the lamp moves up and down but I wish it had more range of motion. It can basically point up or sideways in 1 direction. Other than that it’s great(:

All the features are great--I like that I can change the color temp, and appreciate the remote as it's in my bedroom. Also the range of sim thru bright is very good. Dim is truly dim as in late nite, don't want the lights on, but don't want to trip either).As mentioned elsewhere the pole itself is a bit spindly, but lamp is stable. (Tip: the plastic protective covers on the pole tear away--no need to feed).As for concerns re the wiring, this is not AC, but low voltage and so while they seems flimsy, the wires connecting the LED's to the wal-wart are plenty adequate and do not create a fire hazard. The older halogen lamps that got smoking hot seems like a greater hazard. Long live the LED!
