The Bull Rack is the best addition to my smoker that I have purchased. It expands your cooking surface area by 5 or 6 times, making this a real game changer to how much food you can make at the same time. It comes with perforated half sheet pans which let the smoke into each level. The pans are very heavy duty and are the industry standard size for a half sheet pan so you can find additional pans at any restaurant supply store. This really is in my opinion a must have product!

Just got my Bull Rack a few days ago. I used it today to make some jerky. It made my cook a lot easier! The trays were easy to rotate from top to bottom! It actually cut my cook time dramatically. The trays cleaned up nice. Very satisfied with my purchase. Would recommend this product!!

This item is great but will not fit a RECTEC 340. It ALMOST fits but the lid will not close. If you cut off the handle on the back of the rack it will fit and this is what I did.

This rack system transforms the Green Mountain Davy Crockett from a single rack one trick pony into a very capable smoker. I use it for smoking boneless chicken breasts, hot wings, ribs, and plan to use it for jerkey and fish. Well made and easy to clean also! The small holes allow the smoke to surround your food while preventing delicate things from falling through. I like that the pans easily slide out of the rack. I often use just one or two pans for thicker items.

The system is constructed well. However, the racks are so close together that airflow is restricted and will really increase your smoking time. I ended up removing shelves in order to get it to work better, which defeats the purpose. Also, the pans turn brown as they are not stainless and it takes some hard scrubbing to get them clean. Not thrilled with purchase but not majorly disappointed either. Just ok.

I haven't used it yet but appears to be a quality product. I would have given 5 stars except it wasn't clear when I ordered it that the wire rack inserts were not included. I bought this primarily for making jerky and I'm assuming the wire racks are needed for best results. Correct me if I'm wrong...

I decided to buy the 6 level Bull Rack and it is awesome!! I have smoked pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews and jerky so far and I've only had it for two weeks. Fantastic product and easy to clean. Highly recommend the Bull Rack.

Well made product, which allows you to substantially expand the amount of meat you can smoke using the trays.
