I received the doll stuffed into a box that it barely fit in, but I let that slide because I knew it would make my daughter happy. My daughter takes excellent care of all of her reborns (she has had one for three years, and it still looks brand new) she brought it to me to show me the tear in the arm. I contacted the company and they want to send me the arm for me to install on my own. I paid $100 for this doll and it's not even two months old.

The doll was packed in a box way too small and hair looked awful, within 6 months the paint on the doll started to faded.

Poorly made. It came in a tiny box with limbs all folded up, mine had dirt in the creases of the doll. The hair is poorly rooted too. It was painted sloppy, finger nails off centered. I would not buy this product again.

Terrible quality! Arrived in a brown shipping box with bubble wrap. No box, no accessories that were supposed to be included with doll, missing an eyelash!

Excellent experience.
