This book came at a time that has been quite challenging in my life. I have skimmed through the book. Read a couple of chapters. What I Love is the simplicity yet complexity of each chapter and the exercises. This book addresses pertinent areas in life that I personally was not being present to, along with exercises to practice what has been learned. This book is practical and easy to follow. A book on Mindfulness that actually DOES apply to the real world!
I’ve not been a big fan of the Mindfulness hype, but this book was required reading for one of my graduate school classes and I carry it everywhere now. I’m constantly sharing the exercises that the book has for thoughtful contemplation or just momentary stress relief.

This book was hard to read. Maybe it was too factual and boring. Maybe it was way smarter than me and I couldn't keep up with it.

Simple, practical tips on the art of mindfulness
I purchased this as a gift for someone. I read a few pages, and I think I'll probably buy it for myself as well. I saw many practical, easy-to-implement tips for those who want to learn to meditate (or perfect the art).

Downloaded Kindle book for school. Provides guidance on learning different mindful practices and at the end of each chapter you get to practice them. Great book!

A Must Read
This book is very valuable to remind us all to relax and stay in the moment. I am still reading it, and sometimes I take from it what I can, and dismiss the rest.

Hands down my favourite book.
This book is life changing. I am a person that likes to surround myself with busyness and productivity and could hardly stand to sit quietly for even a few minutes. I love each area of life this book touches on and the very practical advice and exercises given to help you practice mindfulness from a variety of perspectives.
