This is extraordinary helpful product for physically challenged persons. particularly who are all unable to get up from the low chairs. one input i would like to share that the option of height adjustment in the legs of the chair has only 4 level. if it could have been 6 0r 7 as like in walker it will be more beneficial for me.Thanks

We bought this chair because we both r very old. It was o.k. For 1 week but after that 3 screws of the chair broke within 3-4 days. it stopped rotating. Through google search I tried to find the information of the company who supplied to Amazon so I can contact the company and return the chair and get refund or can get replaced but there is no contact no. Of the company. Only address is there. I paid huge amount for this but got no result. If you want to buy this product, I request you to visit nearby medical store and buy physically so in future anything happens, you can find some help and solution.
